Set in the peaceful, rolling Sabine Hills of Umbria, we are easily accessible from Rome's two airports. We offer weekly yoga retreats and holidays from April until the end of October with highly experienced teachers in stunning natural surroundings. Catch your breath and enjoy lush, unspoiled scenery as well as the unique character of this sanctuary. Join us for a retreat or even just for a mid-week getaway to relax and unwind or follow a programme tailored specially to your needs.
The property and grounds are beautifully designed to reflect the natural environment. A magnificent yoga platform sits in the valley, surrounded by verdant, unspoilt nature, wildlife, and a natural spring and lily pond nearby. The indoor yoga room, with its serene atmosphere and views over the valley, is also ideal for meditation, chanting and treatments. Every guest room is unique and a stroll through the house and gardens reveals creations by local and international artists and designers who have been inspired by this sanctuary, described by the recent Taschen publicaton Great Yoga Retreats (2009) as "a second home that makes you forget the passing of time".
