The ancient Greek word Euphoria means the good ability to endure, to be healthy and it also means fertility. Nowadays, euphoria is connected with the emotions of joy, contentment, fulfillment and of wellbeing. Yoga on the other hand is a state of unity, of oneness with all that exists. We cannot “do yoga”. We have to “enter yoga” and feel our pieces being reconnected.
Yogaphoria means this state of connection to our bodies, our inner reality and to the world, where we experience the ultimate physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and true excitement for life!
These nine flowing pathways are watering the fertile soil of our everyday life, where we plant the seeds of our intention – where we grow our food for thought. Food for the body. Food for the heart. Food for the whole creation.
Wave 1 : Movement is life
To be alive means to move, to re-pattern, to improvise, to experiment your body, to investigate primal, innate rhythms and make music with your movement. This can be done by everybody –every day – just by being aware of your moving nature. In the Yogaphoria system we have developed special flowing sequences to raise this bodily awareness and to offer deep detoxification and freedom to all the organs, the fluids and the deep tissues of the body.
Wave 2: Food for life
Everything is food. We are concerned about our food every day of our lives. On our food habits are imprinted our character, our self love and much more than that, our consciousness. By converting our food preparation and our mealtimes in a ritual dedicated to our health and to the health of the entire ecosystem that we are living in, we are getting more nurture and strength. With the use of fasting and special nutritional therapy we can bring a lot of positive change to our lives in all levels. The Yogaphoria community supports a raw-vegan lifestyle, cruelty and corporation free, but we respect everybody’s choices about food . We offer highly effective detox and healing nutritional protocols and retreats and we aim in re-educating people about what healthy food is and how much power they gain, both as individuals and as citizens of this world, when they cultivate conscious eating.
All things need food to be alive and to grow, including our love or our hate. Love is a living thing, hate is a living thing. If you do not nourish your love, it will die. If you cut the source of nutriment for your violence, your violence will also die. That is why the path shown by the Buddha is the path of mindful consumption. Consuming mindfully is the only way to protect our nation, ourselves and our society. We have to learn how to consume mindfully as a family, as a city, as a nation. We have to learn what to produce and what not to produce in order to provide our people with only the items that are nourishing and healing. We have to refrain from producing the kinds of items that bring war and despair into our body, into our consciousness, and into the collective body and consciousness of our nation, our society.

Wave 3 : Emotional release
A deep exhalation may be the best way to release emotional overload during the everyday routine. Being in sincere contact with our emotions is crucial for the seeds of our destiny to grow. But we cannot be aware of our subconscious blockages and wounds. We all have trapped and suppressed emotions that need special techniques and care in order to trust their way out of us.
Wave 4 : Elemental connection
Daily contact with the elements of nature is the most accessible way to raise your euphoric levels. Try to exercise, meditate, eat and communicate with your people close to nature, each day! In the Yogaphoria System all of our practices, our recipes and events are in tune with the elemental wisdom and the cosmic vibrations.

We are not just thinking and feeling bodies. In our essence we are structured energy. By cultivating the awareness of our energetic nature we make our experience in this body and in this earth deeper. We can use this awareness and the special practices to heal our body and psyche, to realign with our life-leading desire, to communicate better with others and to be in contact with the sources of the energy that we are carrying through our bodies and perceptions.
Wave 7: Life purpose
Flowing on the path of life with clear intentions of who you want to be and a vision for a better world brings you in a state of creativity and unconditional happiness.
Wave 8: Personal relationships
Nourishing personal relationships is your wave to ride with the most advanced skills and the highest awareness as it is the most challenging to cultivate and to maintain. Stay focused and use all other waves, to make yourself a gift to others and at the same time stay open to receive the transformational euphoria of union with other people.
Wave 9: Social – Environmental – Spiritual activism
Being self-centered and applying the life-changing principles of the waves of life only within your microcosm will make you feel better, but it won’t open you enough to experience the yogaphoria state.
There are numerous of possibilities out there for you to help raising consciousness of people in any aspect of life: social, environmental, spiritual. Be creative, courageous, optimistic and open your own world to the world!

The Yogaphoria waves of life keep flowing in miraculous formations through each breath that we take. To enter the state of euphoric presence in this body, this mind, this heart and this community of people, creatures, and natural phenomena we need to surrender to the wisdom of life and experiment with all of our being. We can all enter the state of euphoric unity every day. Guaranteed.
