We will stay at the Banyan Tree on Maui, at an elevation of 1,400 feet, we will keep cool enough to sleep well, but warm enough for the swimming pool! The closest beach is just 10 minutes away, and we will also take a couple trips to the best snorkeling spots on the island, and a day trip to Hana and the 7 Sacred Pools and hiking spots.
Yoga: Heart centered, breath connected yoga for every body. Roy Holman is 500 hour trained in viniyoga, has taught yoga and meditation since 2000, and teaches a heartfelt, breath connected, meditative class. He was certifed as a Oneness trainer in India in early 2012, and is also certified in meditation, reflexology, hands on energy healing, and other healing arts. Daily ScheduleActivities and Schedule: The whales should be around! We have morning and sunset yoga, healing workshops, snorkeling, swimming (ocean or pool), hikes, wildlife sighting and photography, and other options. We will have a van for trips to beaches, Hana, snorkeling, etc. but hotel also has pool.

Cabins, rooms and cabanas all have private bathrooms, lots of space, clean, and we will not have other guests at hotel. We are renting whole place, with kitchen, pool, yoga space, etc.
Travel ArrangementPlan to arrive on Maui by Sat, Jan 11, and leave Saturday or later, Jan 18. We will be arranging shuttle pick up.
Roy Holman has led about 30 retreats, in the North Cascades as well as Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, and Sedona. He is trained and 500 hour-certified in the viniyoga tradition, as well as meditation, healing and reflexology. He is also trained in India as a Oneness Blessing teacher. He teaches a body-friendly, heart centered, meditative flow yoga, as well as meditation and breath practices. He is author of healing Self, Healing Earth, and Poems from the Pasionate Heart.
Shelley Cummins teaches yoga to people across the globe and offers yogic counseling sessions. She presents a unique blend of interdisciplinary yogas as well as Hasya, Laughter Yoga. Shelley is a Oneness Trainer from the renowned Oneness University in India offering Oneness Certification programs and classes. She has a bachelor of fine arts from the University of Arizona where she received a full scholarship and danced professionally with Ballet Arts while attending school. She also attended University of London and Ballet Rambert Conservatory. Shelley is the author of The Ecstasy of Practice a sensual journey of ecstatic yoga practices Yoga For Healing ~ real life stories of the healing power of sage Patanjali’s ancient path of yoga and Love Poetry ~ sensual love poems to the divine.
